Refund Policy

At Geeks Technologies, we possess a high degree of confidence in our technical expertise and are committed to working diligently to provide our clients with 100% satisfaction and complete value for their investment. Nevertheless, in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, we have established a comprehensive refund and cancellation policy, which includes the following provisions:

A “no questions asked” full refund applies to any or all of the services we offer, should the primary or related project, issue, or service in question not be resolved or completed within the agreed time frame and in accordance with the expected solutions established between Geeks Technologies and the customer. This policy is applicable regardless of the type of order, whether incidental or contractual in nature.

For incidental orders, no refund requests will be considered after a period of 14 days.

For contract-based orders, Geeks Technologies may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund on either a full, partial, or pro-rata basis, after deducting a service charge equivalent to the amount applicable for incidental orders.

In instances where the domain, website, and/or computer(s) being utilized are no longer in operation or have been substituted with new identifiers, Geeks Technologies may, at its sole discretion, agree to transfer services to the new domain, website, and/or computer(s); a “transfer of service” fee will be applicable in such cases.

For any request pertaining to refunds or cancellations, customers agree to inform Geeks Technologies via telephone, email, or other means available on our website. We will provide confirmation of receipt and/or the status of the request to the customer via email.

When services have been delivered to the customer’s satisfaction, we expect compensation to be rendered. We will reach out to the customer via telephone and/or the primary email address associated with the account concerning any refund or cancellation requests or disputes, with the intent of reaching an amicable resolution. Should there be a “refusal to settle” or a lack of response from the customer within three days, any chargeback or dispute initiated by the customer will result in an investigation.

Please be advised: Credit card fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks, is illegal. Should an individual dishonestly dispute a charge, it may lead to an investigation where all relevant details—including the customer’s IP address, evidence of services rendered, recordings or copies of communications between the customer and Geeks Technologies, along with documentation of the customer’s agreement to remit payment—will be submitted to the bank and credit card company.

Importantly, a minimum administration fee of $100.00 (or its equivalent in other currencies) will be charged for filing a fraudulent charge-back. Additionally, any unsuccessful charge-backs will be referred to a collections agency, which may adversely affect the customer’s credit rating. We systematically log all IP addresses as potential evidence for credit card companies, including all relevant activity logs. We take the issue of chargebacks very seriously and will not tolerate any fraudulent claims. If a customer believes they are entitled to a refund for any reason, we encourage them to contact us directly to discuss the matter.
